What if the price goes down on an item after I purchase it?
After you have made a purchase from us, please monitor ads from us and our competitors either online, or in the newspapers and flyers etc.
If you see the product you purchased from us is advertised for a lower price than what you paid, and meets all the criteria as stated below then we will be happy to price protect your purchase!
Visions Rewards Members
Visions Rewards Members* can shop with confidence knowing that their purchases are price protected for up to 60 (sixty) Days. Between 31-60 days the Price Protected difference will be put onto a gift card.
Non Visions Rewards Members
Non Visions Rewards Members can shop with confidence knowing that their purchases are price protected for up to 30 (thirty) Days.

Simply supply any of the following to one of our sales staff, and If the Conditions are met we will beat the price immediately!

Simply contact our Customer Service, and create a ticket with Reason For Contact being “Price Protection Guarantee''. Include any of the following information below, and If the Conditions are met we will beat the price immediately!

Conditions
The following conditions are checked when a Price Protection Guarantee claim is made.
- Advertisement from an authorized Canadian retailer or dealer offering full Canadian manufacturer's warranty.
- The item is in stock plus shipped from and sold in Canada.
- Item is the same brand.
- Item is the same model number.
- Any shipping charges will be included in product price.
- Any financing terms applicable to product will be included in product price. (Applies to Retail Locations only)
- For personal use only.
Exceptions:
If a product has been designated with any of the following, then Price Protection Guarantee does not apply:
- Clearance, Demo, Discontinued, Final Clearance, Limited Quantity, Door Crasher and Limited Time Specials.
- Educational Pricing, Mail In Offer, and Mail In Rebate.
- Open Box, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), One-Of-A-Kind, Refurbished and Special Order.
If the product is any of the following brands, then Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply:
The following Conditions also apply to the Price Protection Guarantee.
- Advertising errors or misprints do not qualify.
- Must be sold by an authorized Canadian retailer or dealer directly to you.
- Marketplace or classified advertisements placed in a platform owned and operated by a third party including e-commerce like platforms do not qualify.
- Our 15% Lowest Price Guarantee offer does not apply on 60 (sixty) day Price Protection Guarantee submissions.
If you wish to claim Visions Price Protection on an item that qualifies for an In-Store Pickup Bonus, your price protection will be calculated using the price of your item minus the value of your In-store Pickup Bonus.
