Free Shipping On Orders Above $35

We offer free regular shipping on most orders of $35 and above before applicable taxes, fees and promotional discounts. To see your "Shipping Options" add your item(s) to the "Cart" then "Proceed To Checkout".

Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days however during peak sales periods (for example Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day/Week) up to an additional 5 (five) business days may be needed.

After your order is processed, tracking information will be provided to you via the "Order - Shipping Confirmation" email or by logging in to your account unless advised otherwise.

To cancel an order prior to it being prepared for shipping, please contact us by creating a Customer Service Support Ticket or by phone at 1-888-855-9855 and we can assist.

COVID-19 Delays

Please note, due to COVID-19 our delivery partners are experiencing staff shortages and all deliveries are currently taking longer than normal. Please allow an extra 1 to 5 days for your delivery to arrive.

If you would like to receive your product more quickly, we encourage you to take advantage of our curbside pickup option at our stores. For more information on curbside pickup, please CLICK HERE.

  • Small to medium packages - Generally shipped by Canada Post
    • Regular: Western Canada will take approximately 3-5 business days, Central/Eastern Canada 5-7 business days and Atlantic Canada 7-10 business days.
    • Express: Western Canada will take approximately 2 business days, Central/Eastern Canada 2-3 business days and Atlantic Canada 3-4 business days.
  • Medium to large packages - Generally shipped by Loomis Express
    • Regular: Western Canada will take approximately 3-5 business days, Central/Eastern Canada 5-7 business days and Atlantic Canada 7-10 business days.
    • Express: Western Canada will take approximately 2 business days, Central/Eastern Canada 2-3 business days and Atlantic Canada 3-4 business days.
  • Oversized Packages - Generally shipped by freight companies
    • Western Canada will take approximately 4-7 business days, Central/Eastern Canada 7-10 business days and Atlantic Canada 10 or more business days.
  • Appliances to Heavy goods - Generally shipped by Ovation Logistics
    • Shipping times vary but in most cases items arrive roughly 3 (three) weeks after the order date.
    • A phone call will be made to you to confirm the expected actual delivery date within two business days of the expected date.

Important Reminders:

  • Tracking number(s) from the courier company will become active 24-48 hours after your order is processed at their sorting facility.
  • For larger items, tracking number(s) from the carrier may not update the online tracking for up to 5-7 business days.
  • Orders will be delivered MONDAY TO FRIDAY DURING BUSINESS HOURS.
  • No weekend delivery is currently available.
  • Please make sure you are available to receive your delivery.
  • If you are not available, your delivery may be "safe dropped" outside your shipping address.
  • If delivery is dispatched but refused, Visions reserves the right to assess charges for return shipping.
  • Couriers and freight companies will only deliver to threshold which is the first entry point of the ship to address.
  • Factors due to events not reasonably foreseeable or controllable and peak sales periods may cause shipping times to increase .
  • In certain situations determined by the courier company, packages may be required to be picked up at their local facility or distribution centre. Please contact the courier company for more information.

Please check your item(s) carefully upon delivery. Any claims for damages must be made within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).



Shipping Restrictions

The following are our shipping restrictions.

  • Shipping costs exceeding 10% of the total price of an order. If the cost does exceed this amount we will notify you with what shipping options are available and any additional costs to you.
  • Free shipping does not apply to express shipping.
  • Select items on sale and marked clearance may not be eligible for our free shipping offer.
  • Select Appliances, heavy goods, large items such as TV stands and mounts may not be eligible for our free shipping offer.

Special Order Item(s) Shipping Times

In order to have the broadest selection possible, some of our products are stored at the manufacturer's or supplier's warehouses. Orders on these items are shipped either directly from the manufacturer's or supplier's warehouses to you, or they are first shipped to our distribution warehouse, and then to you as soon as they arrive.

These special order items will be indicated on the product overview as well as in your cart, so you will know what to expect in terms of shipping time for your order.

  • Orders shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier to you.
    • These items usually ship right away (or just as quickly as orders on product that we stock ourselves), but occasionally these orders require slightly longer processing/shipping times. If this is the case with your order, we will let you know.
  • Orders shipped from the manufacturer or supplier to our distribution warehouse, then to you.
    • These items take slightly longer to ship and will usually arrive at our warehouse and ship out within 2-6 weeks of placing the order. Occasionally these orders will require slightly longer processing times. If this is the case with your order, we will let you know.


Shipping Cost

Once you have added the item(s) to the "Cart" click/select "Proceed To Checkout", and under "Shipping Options" you will be able to see your estimated shipping and order total.

To get a more accurate cost sign in to your account, or input your shipping to postal code to get the total amount you will be charged for your order.

Shipping to Northern Territories and Isolated/Remote Regions

For customers with shipping addresses located in the northern territories of Canada or in isolated/remote regions, if we receive your order and determine the shipping cost exceeds the calculated amount for your order. We will notify you with shipping options and any additional costs to you prior to shipping your order, if after this notification you decide not to proceed we can cancel your order.

Delivery Services Times

Delivery service times are determined by the courier company and they do not make contact prior to delivery, in addition to being subject to their terms of services. For more information please contact the courier after tracking your shipment online.

Delivery Attempted And Not Available

If the courier attempts to make a delivery and no one is available at the shipping address, the following steps are taken by the courier company.

  • Canada Post
    • Delivery Notice Card will be left indicating where the item can be picked up and smaller item(s) may be delivered to a mailbox. A Final Delivery Notice maybe sent if the item(s) has not been picked up at the post office.

  • Loomis Express
    • A second attempt will be made on the next available business day if the delivery cannot be completed, smaller items may be left in a safe location at the delivery address. Alternatively Delivery Notice Card will be is left indicating where the item can be picked up.

  • All Other Couriers
    • Please contact us for more information.

Delivery Services To PO Box

Delivery to an PO Box can be only provided by Canada Post.

For larger orders/item(s) a physical address will be required, and will be delivered with the appropriate courier to handle the item(s) that have been ordered.

Delivering Purchases To Non Billing Address

Delivery to an address other than the billing address will only be allowed after the order has been approved by Visions Electronics.

Delivering Purchases Outside of Canada

As a Canadian owned and operated company, and as per our agreements with the manufacturers and suppliers, we can only ship to Canadian address.


If your purchased item(s) experience an unforeseen stock shortage, we may ship a substitute model from the same manufacturer. Any substitution will be either a newer model or a model with equivalent features, and we will only make a substitution if the model is equal or better value for the customer.

In the event that you receive the substitute item(s) and it is not to your complete satisfaction, you can always return it for a full refund if the conditions are met as stated on this page.
