Natural Colour and Even Illumination Made Simple

Helping to ensure consistent colour in both the foreground and background of a composition, the colour filter, placed over the front of the flash head, changes the colour of the flash to match the ambient light. The camera then reads both the subject and background as having the same colour temperature, and adjusts white balance for accurate colour. The bounce adapter, an opaque white filter that also attaches to the front of the flash, helps to diffuse the flash's light, creating an even illumination that helps to add dimension and eliminate distracting shadows, especially in portraiture.

Guide No. Priority mode automatically sets flash distribution toward the center of the composition for use with a telephoto lens. Even Coverage mode sets flash distribution for wide-angle photography, helping to minimize light falloff in the corners of the composition.
