Introducing the MantelMount Robotics Series Motorized Drop Down & Swivel Television Mount – With its elegant design and superb engineering, the MantelMount Robotics MM860 resolves the issues of mounting a large flat screen TV high on the wall or over a fireplace.
Just turn on your TV and watch it lower and swivel silently to your favorite preset in one swift, fluid movement. Enjoy the comfort and clarity of eye-level viewing, the way the TV was meant to be watched.
The MM860’s recessible housing allows for flush-to-wall TV storage. Configurable vertical and horizontal travel limits prevent your television from ever touching the wall or mantel. The Temperature-Sensing Monitor automatically returns your TV to its home position if an unsafe temperature is detected.
For the custom integrator, the MM860 works with all popular home automation control systems. Its onboard web server offers simple browser-based configuration and one-click firmware updates. DHCP is enabled right out of the box, with the MM860 easily identifiable on the network.

REMOTE CONTROL CHOICE
Controlled through the included 433 MHZ RF remote, IR-based Logitech Harmony remotes & popular home automation systems.

Works with Control4, URC, RTI, Crestron, Savant & Logitech with command sets for hard-coding additional systems.
POWER SENSING TECHNOLOGY
Detects when TV is turned on & auto-lowers it to a favorite preset. Provides automation even without a control system.
SILENT OPERATION
Two custom electronic actuators allow for smooth, barely audible movement.
RECESSIBLE HOUSING
Conceals the lifting arm & electronics in the raised position. Can be recessed for flush-to-wall installs.
