Zero Tolerance Policy

Visions Electronics will work to resolve any issues between the customer and desired product, and asks only for tolerance, patience, and proper documentation (receipts, bill of lading, invoices).

Visions Electronics strives to ensure that all employees operate within a safe and respectful workspace. That includes not only staff but also partners who deal directly, not only with each other, but also our customers.

We will strive to ensure that interactions between customers are treated with respect, fairness and integrity at all times.

However, any behaviour that endangers, denigrates or disparages our employees will not be tolerated.

Visions Electronics encourages its customers to read and take note of the types of behaviours that are unacceptable in order to maintain a positive experience for everyone:

  • use of bad language such as profanity/swearing at staff
  • verbal abuse towards staff in any form including verbal insults
  • racist and sexist comments
  • sexually charged and inappropriate comments
  • accusations, persistent or unrealistic demands that cause stress to staff
  • verbal threats or aggressive posturing, such as yelling and stomping, towards any staff or customers
  • physical violence, such as pushing or shoving, towards any staff or customers
  • causing damage to or stealing from workspace, staff or customers

Any violation matching this policy whether in-person, phone, letter, e-mail, or website provides grounds to decline or discontinue service such as, but not limited to, Money Back Extended Service Plans. Abuse will not be tolerated
